Course Information

Introduction

This five-day course shows how to plan, lead and embed change that affects people. It focuses on predictable human responses and practical steps to reduce resistance and increase adoption. You will practice tools for stakeholder engagement, manager coaching and measurement so change delivers the intended outcomes.

Objectives

1. Assess organisational readiness and identify people risks that threaten a change initiative.
2. Design stakeholder engagement plans with roles, messages and timing tied to real work changes.
3. Build communication, training and manager-support plans that enable people to do new tasks.
4. Coach managers and change agents to handle resistance and sustain new behaviours.
5. Define adoption metrics and set up simple feedback loops to measure benefits and adjust interventions.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
